The Portsmouth Seawall is a one and a half mile linear park with a wide, concrete walking path that extends from the Naval Hospital and Crawford Bay through the parking lot at Tidewater Yacht Marina, the North Landing, High Street Landing, and on to the Harbor Pavilion. It’s well lit for a nighttime stroll and it’s a great place for jogging and other exercise. You never know what you might see on this working river or what you might learn as you pass a number of historic markers.
