Located inside the Renaissance Portsmouth-Norfolk Waterfront Hotel, Foggy Point offers both inside dining and outside dining on the waterfront patio overlooking the Elizabeth River. Open for breakfast and lunch, Foggy Point also offers a bar menu that includes burgers, sandwiches, appetizers, and vegetarian options. Bar menu served Tuesday through Saturday.
