A Champagne toast is included with your meal. Located at the end of Dock B at Tidewater Yacht Marina, Fish and Slips has the best city view in all of Hampton Roads.
The Twisted Pig Ale and Smokehouse is hosting an 80’s themed party to celebrate the New Year from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. at their restaurant over in Port Norfolk. Dress in your best 80’s attire and enjoy food and drink specials and 80’s karaoke throughout the night. Ring in the New Year and receive a complimentary champagne toast at midnight.
The party starts at Roger Brown’s Restaurant and Sports Bar at 10 p.m and is sponsored by Ciroc Vodka. DJ Rick Geez spins the latest dance music and guests will enjoy a special appearance by DJ Inc. Tickets range from $15 general admission with reserved seating starting at $100. Bring 40 friends and have a private party in the Ciroc Party room for only $1500.

Amici’s midtown restaurant says goodbye to 2019 with a special dinner offering. For $20.19, you get a pizza dinner, salad, and non-alcoholic drink for two. They will also offer a special steak and seafood selection (not for $20.19), Happy Hour extends from 11:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M.
American Rapper, Plies, comes to Venue 757 on George Washington Highway for a special New Year’s Eve concert. Grammy nominated songwriter, Plies received nominations from BET Rap Awards and Ozone Awards. He’s performed with Lil’ Wayne, K Camp, Ludacris and others, Plies has released 5 albums since 2007. This is a 21 and up concert and tickets range from $35 to $50. VIP packages available.
The Elizabeth River Ferry runs between Portsmouth and Norfolk. On New Year’s Eve, it runs until 2 A.M. so you don’t have to worry about driving through the tunnel. The last ferry back to Norfolk leaves High Street Landing at 1:30 A.M. and leaves Norfolk’s Waterside at 1:45 A.M.
