Peace & Grind Wellness and Business Center LLC, is located in Olde Towne Portsmouth. It  provides entrepreneurs & creatives with the knowledge and tools to grow their brand & themselves; and is the only Wellness and Business Center in the Hampton Roads Area.

Inside their center they have a Creatives Lounge, which serves as a shared workspace and event area. Their business services include: virtual office, private office, shared workspace, and  business consultations. Peace & Grind can also assistance with start up paperwork, building business credit, and web-design.

Additionally, they also offer monthly wellness classes such as Yoga, Zumba, Fitness, Meditation Classes, Art Classes, Book Club, and Social Clubs.

Sister business, located next door is Peace of Nature.  The shop is for retail and features metaphysical supplies, raw herbs, oils and butters, and spiritual readings.
